Abstract

A 30-year-old woman was refereed to our hospital for recurrent episodes palpitate and shortness of breath for 3 months, symptoms deteriorated for 1 week. Physical examination: The general condition was good. Orthopnea, no lymphadenopathy, Cyanosis, or venodilation was detected.
