abstract = {Gastrointestinal metastasis from primary lung cancer is rare. In the present study, we report the case of a 78-year-old male who was admitted to the emergency department with acute bleeding of the digestive tract. During evaluation, he was found to have lung adenocarcinoma metastasis in the small bowel leading to hemorrhage. A jejunum wedge resection was carried out and bleeding was controlled. However, 2 months after the operation, the patient died from severe pulmonary infection. We also review the published literature of primary lung cancer with gastrointestinal metastasis.},
